Insense alternatives, 2026

Insense alternatives: priced on the same ten videos.

Insense is a capable marketplace with a cost stack that is easy to underestimate. Here are seven alternatives, each priced on the same ten-video brief, with what you would still have to do yourself.

Last updated October 2026

In short

The best Insense alternatives in 2026 are QuickAds with Remy for finished ads without managing creators, Billo and JoinBrands for the lowest price per video, Collabstr for transparent creator rates, Trend for curated content, Influee for international reach and Modash for discovery only. Insense itself costs $500 a month billed quarterly, plus 10 percent per creator payment.

Key takeaways
  • Insense's first month is a $650 Trial with a 20 percent fee, and it upgrades to quarterly billing unless you cancel 48 hours before the end.
  • For ten UGC videos, published prices run from about $288 on JoinBrands to $1,850 for an Insense first month.
  • The cheapest options leave the brief, the review and often the editing with you.
  • Only some include ad codes. Check for Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads before you compare prices.
  • We covered Insense briefly on our platform comparison. This is the full version.

Prices checked 24 October 2026 on each vendor's own pricing page. Insense terms from the Insense pricing page.

What Insense costs, and where it is strong.

Insense is a UGC and influencer marketplace. You post a brief, vetted creators apply, you pick, chat, approve and pay through the platform.

Source: Insense pricing page, read 24 October 2026. The marketplace fee is added to each creator payment and covers a 5 to 10 percent payment facilitation fee and a 5 to 10 percent service fee. Creator payments are not included. Extra seats cost $30 a month, extra brands $100 a month, and five more Meta Partnership Ads connections $125 a month.

Insense says UGC starts at $100 a video and sponsored posts at $125 for nano influencers. Applications usually arrive in 1 to 3 business days, and content can land in as few as 7 to 10 business days. You get up to three revisions, each one inside the original brief.

Where Insense genuinely wins

The content-to-ad pipeline is tight. Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads are built into the platform, the creator pool is vetted, and Insense guarantees at least five matching applicants or refunds the subscription. If you run UGC into paid social every month and have someone to manage it, it is a solid choice.

How we judged

Five questions, asked of every option.

We scored each alternative on the reasons brands actually give for leaving Insense, in this order.

  1. Who does the work. Does the platform hand you applicants to manage, or a finished, edited ad? The hours are the hidden half of the cost.
  2. All-in cost for ten videos. Subscription, marketplace fee and creator fee together, from each vendor's published prices.
  3. Ad rights. Can you run the content as a paid ad, and do you get Partnership Ads or Spark Ads codes to run it from the creator's handle?
  4. Creator choice. Pool size, platforms and whether creators post to their own audience.
  5. Commitment. Monthly, quarterly, prepaid packs or pay per video.

We put QuickAds first because it scores highest on the first question, which is the one we weighted most. On price per video alone, JoinBrands and Billo beat us, and their entries say so.

The list

Seven Insense alternatives, with the catch in each.

Each entry covers what it is, what it does best, the honest limitation and the published price, with a link to the source.

QuickAds with Remy

Best for: brands that want finished creator ads without running a marketplace

What it is
Remy is our influencer agent, AI assisted and human reviewed. It sources creators on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, runs the outreach and rate negotiation, writes the brief from 32M+ ads, and delivers the finished video.
Standout
One price per video with the creator fee inside it: $129 for a UGC video you own the footage of, $299 for a Gold creator with 5K to 50K followers who posts to their audience, $699 for a Mega creator with 50K to 250K. No retainer, no platform fee, no percentage taken from the creator.
Honest limitation
At $129, a UGC video costs more than Billo's $99 floor or JoinBrands' $25 floor. You are paying for the sourcing, brief and production being done for you. Remy has been running with 10+ brands so far, a smaller track record than the older marketplaces.
Speed
Creators reply in 1 to 2 days. Brief to delivery is 5 to 7 days.
Pricing
Published on the influencer agent page. Seven-day platform evaluation.
02

Billo

Best for: the simplest pay-per-video UGC with no subscription

What it is
A self-serve UGC video marketplace with 5,000+ vetted creators. You prepay a balance, write a brief and approve creators.
Standout
Creator pay and platform fees are inside the video price, so there is no percentage on top. Two revisions within the brief and full usage rights after approval.
Honest limitation
You buy through prepaid packs, so the first purchase is more than one video. The brief is yours to write, and product and shipping are on you. CreativeOps and managed service cost extra.
Pricing
From $99 per video. CreativeOps from $149 a month, managed service from $2,000 a month. Billo, October 2026.
03

JoinBrands

Best for: the lowest published price per video, especially for Amazon and TikTok Shop sellers

What it is
A UGC, affiliate and influencer marketplace with a free pay-as-you-go plan and paid plans that lower the fee.
Standout
UGC videos from $25 and images from $10, unlimited usage rights, and Spark Ads and Partnership Ads codes included on relevant campaigns.
Honest limitation
The platform fee is 15 percent on the free plan and still 8 percent on the $499 Max plan. Revisions are capped at one on the free plan. At $25, expect to review a lot of applicants to find the right quality.
Pricing
Free with a 15% fee; Start-up $99/mo at 12%; Pro $299/mo at 10%; Max $499/mo at 8%. JoinBrands pricing.
04

Collabstr

Best for: seeing each creator's price before you hire, with no sales call

What it is
A marketplace of 1.3 million+ creators where each creator lists packages and prices. You hire directly, with payment held in escrow until you approve.
Standout
Pricing is transparent at the creator level, and the free plan lets you hire one-off without a subscription.
Honest limitation
A 10 percent hiring fee on Free and Pro, 5 percent on Premium. Quality varies more than on a vetted pool, and the brief, chat and review are yours to manage.
Pricing
Free; Pro $249/mo billed yearly; Premium $333/mo billed yearly; Enterprise from $1,000/mo. Collabstr pricing.
05

Trend

Best for: curated photo and video content without a subscription

What it is
A self-serve content platform with a hand-selected creator network, priced in prepaid credit packages.
Standout
Rates are pre-negotiated, so there is no haggling, and every approved asset comes with full licensing and distribution rights.
Honest limitation
Trend puts the average time to get all your content at 2 to 3 weeks, slower than most here. It is built for content to use on your channels rather than creators posting to their own audience.
Pricing
Starter $550 for up to 6 videos; Essential $1,045 for up to 14; Scale $3,872 for up to 56. Trend pricing.
06

Influee

Best for: testing many creators across several countries

What it is
A UGC marketplace with 180,000+ creators worldwide, sold on a month-to-month subscription by number of creator collaborations.
Standout
International reach, unlimited revisions, and a refund on your first month if you do not start a collaboration.
Honest limitation
You pay a subscription, the creator fee and a 10 percent payment marketplace fee, so the total takes some arithmetic. Influee's own example for ten US videos comes to $799.
Pricing
Starter $229/mo for up to 10 collaborations; $529/mo for up to 25; 10% fee on creator payments. Influee pricing.
07

Modash

Best for: teams that only need to find creators and will run everything else in-house

What it is
Influencer discovery and CRM software with search across 380M+ creator profiles, a connected inbox and content tracking.
Standout
Published pricing, monthly billing you can cancel, and a 14-day free trial with no card.
Honest limitation
It is not a marketplace and produces nothing. Outreach, rates, briefs, production and payment are yours, and creator fees are entirely separate.
Pricing
Essentials $199/mo billed yearly or $299 monthly; Performance $499 yearly or $599 monthly. Modash pricing.
Ten videos

The same brief, priced eight ways.

Sticker prices are not comparable, so here is one brief priced on every platform: ten short UGC videos for paid social.

Every figure uses the vendor's own published floor or average, and the real number moves with video length, creator tier and extras. Collabstr creators set their own rates, so we used the $150 to $212 market average from our UGC rates guide. Influee's $92 is its own published US average for a 30-second video. Insense's $100 is its stated starting price for UGC.

The column that changes the decision is the last one. Our UGC creator sourcing report puts the internal cost of briefing, reviewing and coordinating at $150 to $600 a video before the creator is paid. On ten videos, that is $1,500 to $6,000 of your team's time on every option marked "You do."

How to choose

Start with why you are leaving.

  • The fees stack up. Pick a pay-per-video option with nothing added on top: Billo, Trend or QuickAds. Insense's subscription plus fee is the thing you are escaping, so do not swap it for a cheaper version of the same structure.
  • Quality is uneven. A curated pool (Trend, Billo) or a managed route (QuickAds) beats an open marketplace. A $25 floor means more applicants to sift.
  • You need creators on their own handle. Check for Spark Ads and Partnership Ads codes. JoinBrands includes them on relevant campaigns; our Gold and Mega creators post to their own audience.
  • Nobody has time to manage it. This is the case for a done-for-you route. Marketplaces, whatever the price, assume someone on your side reads applications and writes notes on cuts.
  • You only need to find people. Discovery software such as Modash is cheaper than any marketplace, as long as you already produce in-house.

When to stay on Insense

If you run UGC into Meta and TikTok every month, use the Partnership Ads workflow, and have a coordinator who enjoys the marketplace process, switching may cost you more than it saves. Move to annual billing at $400 a month and the numbers improve.

Questions

Insense alternatives, answered.

Insense terms from its own pricing page, checked 24 October 2026. Alternatives priced from each vendor's own pricing page on the same date.

What is the best Insense alternative?

It depends on why you are leaving. For the lowest price per video, JoinBrands and Billo. For a marketplace with transparent creator rates, Collabstr. For finished ads without managing creators yourself, QuickAds with Remy, at $129 per UGC video with the creator fee included. For discovery software only, Modash.

How much does Insense cost?

Insense starts with a one-month Trial from $650 and a 20 percent marketplace fee. The Brand plan is $500 a month billed quarterly, or $400 a month on an annual plan, with a 10 percent fee on each creator payment. The Agency plan is $800 a month with a 7 percent fee. Creator payments are extra.

Is Insense worth it?

Insense is worth it for brands that run steady volumes of UGC and creator ads on Meta and TikTok and have someone to manage briefs, applications and revisions. It is expensive for occasional buyers, because the subscription bills quarterly whether or not you launch a campaign, and the marketplace fee sits on top of every creator payment.

Is Insense a real company?

Yes. Insense is operated by Insense Ads, Inc., based in New York, and runs a creator marketplace for UGC and influencer campaigns with Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads support. It publishes its plan prices and terms, including the automatic upgrade from its Trial to the quarterly Brand plan.

What is the Insense app?

The Insense app, listed in the App Store as Insense: Brand Collabs, is built for creators. They use it to find brand campaigns, apply and deliver content. Brands post briefs, review applicants and pay creators on the Insense platform, which is the side the subscription plans cover.

Does Insense auto-renew?

Yes. The Trial upgrades to the Brand plan automatically unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the trial month ends, and the Brand and Agency plans renew every three months. To cancel, Insense asks you to email or message support, and access ends at the close of the billing cycle.
