Micro influencer platforms, 2026

The best micro influencer platforms, ranked on what ten creators actually cost.

Eight platforms for finding and booking creators with roughly 5,000 to 100,000 followers. Each one is judged on published prices, the fee added to creator pay, and how much of the work stays with your team.

In short

The best micro influencer platform depends on who does the work. Collabstr is the easiest first hire: free to search, with a 10% fee added to each booking. Modash is the strongest discovery tool for in-house teams at $199 a month. Remy, from QuickAds, books 5K to 50K follower creators for you at $299 each, creator fee included.

The right pick changes with your budget and your hours. If you have a free afternoon and $1,000, a marketplace is enough. If you need forty creators a month and nobody to chase them, the subscription matters less than who runs the outreach. For the strategy side, follower bands and why spend moved toward smaller creators, read our micro influencer marketing guide. This page is about the tools.

At a glance

Eight platforms, one table.

Entry price is the cheapest way in. The fee column is what gets added to every creator payment, which on a busy month is often bigger than the subscription.

How we judged

Five things that decide a micro campaign.

Selection criteria first, so you can disagree with the ranking on your own terms.

  • Can you filter to micro and see real viewsA follower slider is table stakes. We looked for average views, engagement against peers and fake-follower checks, because a 112K account averaging 9.6K views is a worse buy than it looks.
  • Total cost for ten micro creatorsSubscription plus the fee on creator pay plus anything billed separately, at an assumed $300 per creator. The cost table below does the math for every platform.
  • Who does the outreach and negotiationForty micro creators means forty conversations. A tool that leaves all of them with you is cheaper on paper and costlier in hours.
  • Rights and partnership ad codesMicro content earns most of its keep as a paid ad. We checked whether usage rights, Spark Ads codes or Meta partnership access come with the booking.
  • CommitmentMonthly, quarterly or a 12-month minimum. Small budgets get hurt most by long contracts, so we flag every one.
  • How we rankedBy how well each one serves a brand booking micro creators specifically. We make Remy, so it is in the list and marked; it sits third because Collabstr and Modash beat it on network size and price of entry.
The eight

Each platform, with its real limitation.

What it is, who it suits, where it is strongest, where it falls short, and the published price with a link.

01 · Marketplace

Collabstr

Best for: brands booking their first five to twenty micro creators without a contract

Collabstr is a creator marketplace where you search, pick a creator's posted package and pay through escrow, so the money is only released when the content arrives. Creators list their own prices, which makes it easy to see what a micro creator in your niche actually charges before you commit to anything.

Standout
A real free plan: search 1.3M+ creators, hire directly from profiles and pay through escrow, with no subscription.
Honest limitation
On Free you cannot chat with creators before placing an order or post a campaign; that starts on Pro. The 10% hiring fee applies to every booking on Free and Pro.
Pricing
Free $0 plus 10% per hire. Pro $249/mo and Premium $333/mo (5% fee), both billed annually. Enterprise from $1,000/mo. pricing page, checked 24 Oct 2026. Collabstr says annual billing saves $600 a year on Pro and $792 on Premium, which puts monthly billing at about $299 and $399.
02 · Discovery and CRM

Modash

Best for: in-house teams that want to search every micro creator and run outreach themselves

Modash is a discovery and relationship tool, not a marketplace. It indexes every public Instagram, TikTok and YouTube profile above 1,000 followers, so the micro tier is fully covered, then adds a creator CRM, inbox sync, content tracking and payments. Modash says plainly that it is a platform only: it does not run campaigns and creators do not apply to you.

Standout
380M+ profiles with AI search, lookalikes and audience checks, plus automatic content tracking without asking creators to sign up.
Honest limitation
You do the outreach, negotiation, briefing and review. Essentials caps you at 300 opened profiles and 150 unlocked emails a month, which a forty-creator program can use up quickly.
Pricing
Essentials $199/mo billed yearly ($2,388). Performance $499/mo billed yearly. Enterprise from $14,700/yr. 14-day free trial, no card. pricing page, checked 24 Oct 2026. Billed monthly, Essentials is $299 and Performance $599; Modash's pricing FAQ says annual billing saves $100 a month on both.
03 · Done for you (ours)

Remy by QuickAds

Best for: brands that want micro creators found, messaged, negotiated and delivered at one fixed price

Remy is the influencer agent inside QuickAds: AI assisted and human reviewed. You describe the creators you want, Remy searches Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, messages them from your own handle, negotiates under the cap you set and writes the brief from 32M+ ads. Gold creators (5K to 50K followers) post to their own audience at $299 each, with the creator fee inside the price.

Standout
One published price per booking with nothing added to creator pay, and the outreach, negotiation and brief handled for you. Creators reply in 1 to 2 days; brief to delivery is 5 to 7 days.
Honest limitation
Younger network than the databases: 1,000+ creators sourced and 10+ brands running it so far. Three platforms only. The price is fixed, so a creator who would have taken $150 in a DM still costs $299 here.
Pricing
UGC video $129 (you own the footage). Gold creator $299 (5K to 50K followers). Mega creator $699 (50K to 250K). No retainer, no platform fee. Platform access alone is $299/mo; seven-day evaluation for $1. Full pricing.
04 · Marketplace plus ads

Insense

Best for: brands that want micro UGC and Meta partnership ads from the same marketplace

Insense is a vetted creator marketplace for UGC and influencer posts, with Meta Partnership Ads connections and TikTok Spark Ads code sharing built in. You post a brief, creators apply, and contracts, licenses and payments run through the platform. There is also a managed creative team for brands without the people.

Standout
Partnership ad access sits inside the workflow, so micro content can move straight into paid social. Insense says UGC campaigns start at $100 per video.
Honest limitation
The trial month auto-upgrades to a quarterly plan unless you cancel at least 48 hours before it ends. Creator payments are budgeted separately, with a marketplace fee on top.
Pricing
Trial from $650/mo (up to 10 creators, 20% fee). Brand $500/mo billed quarterly (10% fee). Agency $800/mo billed quarterly (7% fee). pricing page, checked 24 Oct 2026.
05 · Content marketplace

JoinBrands

Best for: high volumes of low-cost micro UGC, especially for TikTok Shop and Amazon

JoinBrands is a marketplace of 4M+ creators and affiliates, by its own count, where brands post content jobs and creators apply. Prices start at $25 for a UGC video and $10 for an image, and purchased content comes with unlimited usage rights. Spark Ads and Instagram partnership codes come with relevant campaigns.

Standout
The lowest published floor in this list, a free pay-as-you-go plan, and rights included with every purchase.
Honest limitation
Content plus posting to the creator's own audience is on paid plans only. A $25 floor brings a lot of applicants, so budget review time to find consistent quality.
Pricing
Free with a 15% platform fee. Start-up $99/mo (12%), Pro $299/mo (10%), Max $499/mo (8%), each with monthly credit back. pricing page, checked 24 Oct 2026.
06 · Search database

Heepsy

Best for: small teams that need a cheap way to build micro shortlists

Heepsy is a creator search tool covering 20M+ creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, with AI search, lookalikes and 30+ filters. Paid plans add outreach emails, sequences and creator tracking. You can cancel at any time.

Standout
A usable free plan (500 results and 10 advanced profiles a month) and paid plans from $69.
Honest limitation
The audience authenticity filter only arrives on Plus. It is a search and outreach tool: negotiation, payment, briefs and content stay with you.
Pricing
Free. Starter $69/mo yearly or $89 monthly. Plus $149/mo yearly or $199 monthly. Advanced $229/mo yearly or $299 monthly. pricing page, checked 24 Oct 2026.
07 · AI program manager

GRIN

Best for: gifting and affiliate programs with many micro creators on light-touch terms

GRIN now sells on public, month-to-month pricing with a free plan, built around Gia, an AI agent that finds creators in GRIN's opted-in network, drafts outreach and runs gifting, affiliate and paid programs. GRIN says it has supported 700K+ creators across 5,000 brands since 2017.

Standout
Affiliate links, codes and GMV tracking on every plan with no take rate on commissions, and a free tier with no sales call.
Honest limitation
Every plan adds a management fee on top of each wallet deposit used to pay creators: 20% on Free, 10% on Starter, 7% on Growth and 5% on Scale. The fee is not refunded if you withdraw unspent money, and Free stops at 10 gifts in total.
Pricing
Free $0, Starter $200/mo, Growth $500/mo, Scale $1,500/mo, each plus the wallet fee above; Enterprise is quoted. pricing page, checked 27 Oct 2026; homepage fee table at grin.co.
08 · Ecommerce suite

Upfluence

Best for: established Shopify or WooCommerce brands turning their own customers into micro creators

Upfluence is a discovery, outreach, affiliate and payments platform with a 14M+ creator database and a marketplace where creators apply. Its strongest micro feature is customer matching: connect your store and it flags which of your customers are creators. Payments handle 1099 and W9 forms for US creators.

Standout
Finding micro creators who already buy from you, plus global payouts with tax forms handled.
Honest limitation
Pricing is quoted on a call and the minimum contract is 12 months, which rules it out for testing micro on a small budget.
Pricing
Custom quote by module (Find, Scale, Autopilot); free trial set up after a call; 12-month minimum. pricing page, checked 24 Oct 2026.

How to read this.

Assumes ten micro creators at $300 each in one month, the low end of what a micro post costs once you pay for audience rather than just content. Annual-billing prices are used where that is all the vendor shows. Modash and Heepsy look cheapest because the outreach, negotiation, contracts and payments are yours; at roughly six messages per creator to settle a rate, ten creators is about sixty messages before anyone films.

Where the others beat us

If your micro creators are happy at $150, a marketplace will get them for $165 and Remy will still charge $299. If you need Pinterest, Twitch or blog creators, Upfluence covers them and we do not. And if you want to own every relationship yourself, Modash gives you the whole index for $199 a month.

How to choose

Two questions settle most of it.

Are you buying content or audience? And do you have more hours or more budget? Pick the box that fits.

Buying content to run as ads

You want the footage, not the audience. Follower count barely matters, rights matter a lot. Look at JoinBrands or Insense for marketplace UGC, or Remy's $129 UGC tier, where you own the footage outright. See UGC rates for what a video should cost.

Buying posts to their audience

You want the creator's followers to see it. Now views per dollar is the number. Search with Modash or Heepsy and book direct, use Collabstr for packaged posts, or let Remy book Gold creators at $299.

You have hours, not budget

Heepsy free or Starter, plus Collabstr Free for the first bookings. Expect to spend the time on messages and follow-ups.

You have budget, not hours

A done-for-you route: Remy, or the managed services from Insense and Upfluence. Compare the all-in monthly number, not the headline rate.

Questions

Micro influencer platforms, answered.

Questions people search before choosing a platform. Competitor prices are from each vendor's own pricing page, checked October 2026.

What is the best micro influencer platform?

There is no single best one, because the platforms do different jobs. Collabstr suits a first campaign, with a free plan and a 10% fee per hire. Modash suits a team that wants to search 380M+ profiles and run outreach itself. Remy suits a brand that wants micro creators booked for it at a fixed $299, creator fee included.

Where to find micro influencers?

Start with people already near your brand: accounts that tag you, follow you or buy from you. Then search Instagram and TikTok natively by keyword, and use a marketplace such as Collabstr or a database such as Modash or Heepsy once you need more than about twenty names. Judge every shortlist on recent average views, not follower count.

How much do micro influencers charge?

A short-form deliverable from a micro creator commonly runs $150 to $300 when you buy the content. Paying for a post to their own audience costs more: across 294 confirmed beauty and supplement deals we analyzed, the median micro rate was $1,000 per post, with the middle half between $480 and $2,500. Usage rights for paid ads are usually extra.

How many followers do micro influencers have?

Most brands and platforms treat 10,000 to 100,000 followers as micro, with nano below 10,000 and macro above 100,000. Some platforms draw their own lines: QuickAds prices 5,000 to 50,000 followers as its Gold tier. Follower count matters less than average views, which is what you are paying for.

Should I work with micro or macro influencers?

Work with micro creators when you need volume, several angles to test, and a lower price per piece of content. Book a macro creator when one big moment of reach matters more than testing. Most brands that run creator content as paid ads lean micro, because twenty videos tell you more than one.

Do micro influencer platforms add fees on top of creator rates?

Most marketplaces do. Collabstr adds 10% on its free plan and 5% on Premium, JoinBrands adds 8% to 15% depending on plan, and Insense adds 7% to 20%. Discovery databases such as Modash and Heepsy charge a subscription instead and you pay creators directly. Remy builds the creator fee into one published price.
