New · YouTube creators, over email

Find creators. Let Remy close them.

Give Remy three handles you like. It finds creators like them across Instagram and YouTube, reaches out from your account, argues about the rate, and hands you signed deals.

The creator engine, end to end

The negotiation

Watch Remy take $900 down to $600

Start to close, nothing cut. She pushes back, Remy trades product instead of cash, and lands under the cap. The email tab is how YouTube creators get reached.

Audience quality

The biggest account is usually the worst buy

Followers are the easiest number to inflate, and the one brands still pay against. Remy prices off views, so a padded account gets a lower offer.

Priyaa has 2.4 times the followers and gets 36% fewer views. At her asking price you would pay $102 per thousand views against Dev's $49. Remy sees the gap before you spend, drops the offer to match the real audience, and flags the account so you can decide whether to bother.
What you are paying for

Not a database. The 1,200 messages nobody wants to write.

Creator lists are free if you scroll. The expensive part is after: the outreach, the chasing, holding your number at 11pm when someone asks for double.

Eighty creators, six messages each to land on a rate. Remy writes all of them, from your account.

Platforms, so nobody slips

Instagram creators take DMs. YouTube creators list a business email and ignore everything else. Remy works both.

Setup

Live in an afternoon

Four steps, none of them a migration. The longest one is deciding your caps.

1

Connect your accounts

Instagram for DMs, a sending address for YouTube outreach. Use the brand handle you would be DMing from anyway.

about 2 minutes
2

Add your brand and budget

Brand details, campaign budget, and a cap per follower tier. This is the number Remy will not cross.

about 10 minutes
3

Seed the search or drop a CSV

Three handles you admire, or the sheet you already have. Both end up in the same campaign, deduped.

about 5 minutes
4

Let Remy send

Sending ramps rather than starting at the ceiling. Replies arrive sorted by deal state, and you approve the closes.

then it runs
Remy

The agent that does the part you hate

Six messages per creator, each needing someone who knows what 84K followers is actually worth. Remy runs all of them at once.

Negotiates over Instagram DMs and YouTube email

Remy opens with an offer, holds when a creator asks for double, trades non-cash terms instead of raising the price, and closes inside your number. It never goes above your cap. It stops and asks you.

Re: Collab rates for Marchremy@yourbrand · 09:14

Thanks for the rate card. $1,200 for a reel plus two stories is above where we are landing with creators at your size this quarter.

Here is what we can do: $740 for the reel and two stories, plus a repost from our main account, a 25% code for your audience, and first refusal on the April drop.

Three handles in, a ranked list out

Give Remy the accounts you wish you had booked, on Instagram or YouTube. It finds creators with the same audience shape, then cuts by size, niche and city. A single seed usually returns nothing, so use three.

The reels these deals produced

Closed creators deliver straight into the campaign, so reels, stories and raw files sit in one place with the deal terms attached.

Any language

One creator. Every market you sell in.

Book the creator once, get the reel in every language you advertise in. Hindi for Delhi, Spanish for Mexico City, Arabic for Dubai, the creator's own delivery kept intact.

A creator deal stops being one post and becomes a library. One $600 close covers six markets, which changes what a creator is worth to you.

Built for

Built for volume

If you are booking three creators a quarter, a spreadsheet is fine. This is for forty.

D2C brands

Forty creators live this quarter, and the person doing it also runs paid and email.

  • Book the tier below the one you can afford
  • Caps stop rate creep across a big roster
  • Assets land ready for your campaigns

Lean growth teams

One person owns paid, email, the site and now creators. There is no world where they hand write 200 DMs.

  • Set the cap once, approve closes from your phone
  • Every thread readable if you want to take over
  • Import the sheet you already half filled in

Ecommerce and marketplace sellers

You sell into several countries and need a local face and a local language in each one.

  • Filter creators down to city level
  • One booking, delivered in every language you sell in
  • Barter deals for product heavy categories, in build
Pricing

One plan. You pay when Remy books someone.

A flat fee, then 7% of what you pay creators. No per seat charge. Nothing on creators who never sign.

FAQ

The questions operators actually ask

Including the two most brands will not answer in writing.

Which platforms does this cover?

Instagram and YouTube are live. On Instagram, Remy sends DMs from your connected handle. On YouTube, it emails the business address creators publish on their About tab, which is how that side of the industry actually works.

TikTok is in build for discovery and outreach. If TikTok is the channel you care about most, tell us and it moves up the queue.

Do creators know they are talking to an AI?

The DM comes from your Instagram handle and reads the way your template is written, so the creator sees your brand. Remy handles the replies.

Say so up front if you want to. Put a line in the template noting that rates and scheduling are handled by an assistant, which is how the email signature reads by default. Being straight about it tends to cost you nothing, because what a creator cares about is whether the number is fair and the brief is clear.

Will this get my Instagram account restricted?

Remy sends at the pace of a person working through an inbox rather than 200 messages fired at once, and volume ramps instead of starting at the ceiling. You can disconnect the account from settings at any point.

Being honest about it: automated outreach on Instagram carries risk, and no tool can promise otherwise. Connect the brand account you would be DMing from anyway, not a personal account you cannot afford to lose access to. If Instagram rate limits you, sending pauses and picks up again.

What stops Remy overpaying?

You set a campaign budget and a cap per follower tier. Remy negotiates under that cap and closes on its own. If a creator will not come under your number, it stops and puts the thread in front of you instead of raising the offer.

You can also require manual approval on every deal above an amount you pick.

Is the 7% on the creator fee or on my whole budget?

It is 7% of what you actually agree to pay creators through campaigns in Reachout. Creators who never sign cost you nothing, so a campaign where 60 of 80 creators decline only bills you on the 20 that closed.

What happens when a creator ghosts?

Follow ups go out on a schedule you set, then the thread is marked closed and the creator drops out of the active queue. They stay on the list so a future campaign does not message them cold again.

Can I negotiate usage rights into the deal?

Yes, put it in the campaign terms and Remy includes it in the offer. Rights beyond a single organic post normally cost more, so set your cap with that in mind.

Assets from closed deals land in the campaign with the agreed terms attached, so you can see what you licensed and for how long without digging through DMs.

How is this different from a creator database?

A database hands you a filtered list and a CSV export. The work you were dreading starts after that. Remy sends the messages, runs the negotiation, and gives you deals with a price on them.

Discovery is table stakes here. Closing is the product.
