Upfluence pricing, 2026

Upfluence pricing: what a year actually costs.

Upfluence keeps prices off its website. Its own AWS listing does not. Here are the published plans, the payment fees, what buyers report paying, and the cheaper routes if you only need part of what it does.

Last updated October 2026

In short

Upfluence does not publish prices on its website; every plan is custom-quoted on a 12-month minimum. Its own AWS Marketplace listing prices three annual plans: Growth at $11,940 (one seat), Scale at $19,800 (five seats) and Enterprise at $42,600 (25 seats). That is about $995 to $3,550 a month, before creator fees, product and production.

Key takeaways
  • The entry plan is $11,940 a year for one seat, per Upfluence's AWS listing. There is no month-to-month option.
  • Vendr's buyer data puts the median contract at $15,000 a year, with deals tracked from $9,259 to $26,922.
  • Creator payments through Upfluence Pay cost roughly 4 to 6 percent on top, depending on how you fund them.
  • Upfluence finds and manages creators. It makes no content, so production and creator fees are a separate budget.
  • In a worked example, the platform fee is only about a quarter of a first-year creator program.

The price list

Upfluence pricing: three plans, one sheet.

Upfluence's website says pricing is "modular and custom-quoted." The company does publish a price sheet, though, on its AWS Marketplace listing. Every plan there includes full platform access and runs for 12 months.

Source: Upfluence's AWS Marketplace listing, read 24 October 2026. The listing says you move up a plan to get more seats or a larger creator community, rather than adding seats one at a time. The listing describes the community figure as the size of the creator database each plan can search and access. Upfluence's own site advertises a database of more than 14 million creators, so ask which number your quote is built on.

On its own pricing page, Upfluence adds the parts the AWS sheet leaves out. Quotes depend on the modules you pick, your team size and your program volume. There is no mandatory setup fee, and you can pay for a custom onboarding package if you want one. Every client gets a dedicated account manager. The minimum contract is 12 months, and the free trial is set up after a call rather than by signing up.

A direct quote can land above or below the AWS figures. Use them as the benchmark you bring to the first call.

What you are buying

Three modules, stacked.

Upfluence sells its product as three packages, each including everything in the one before it.

  • Find Creators. Search across the 14M+ creator database, lookalike creators, recruitment pages, matching against your own customer list, and mass outreach through Gmail or Outlook with an AI email assistant.
  • Scale Creator Programs. Adds the creator marketplace, Jaice AI campaign creation, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and Amazon integrations, affiliate links and discount codes, one-click product shipment and sales analytics. Upfluence takes no fee on tracked sales.
  • Run Programs on Autopilot. Adds creator payments through Upfluence Pay, multi-currency payouts by card or wire, and automatic 1099 and W9 forms for each creator paid.

If you only need discovery, ask for the Find module on its own. That is where the lower third-party estimates come from.

What moves the quote

Five things set your number.

Growth and Enterprise sit $30,660 apart on the AWS sheet. These are the levers that decide where you land.

  1. Seats. Growth includes one login, Scale five, Enterprise 25. A team of three already pushes you to Scale on the AWS sheet.
  2. Creator community size. The AWS plans step from 5,000 to 10,000 to 20,000 creators. Ask whether that cap applies to search, to saved creators or to active campaigns, because the answer changes which plan you need.
  3. Modules. Payments and tax forms sit in the top package. If you pay creators another way, you may not need it.
  4. Onboarding. Self-serve onboarding is free. A custom package or handing setup to Upfluence's own team is extra and quoted separately.
  5. Term and renewal. The minimum is 12 months. Put the renewal date and notice period in your calendar on the day you sign, because the second year is when you have the most room to negotiate.
How does Upfluence pay?

The payment fees nobody quotes.

Upfluence Pay is the module brands use to pay creators. It runs on Stripe, and it has its own fees on top of the platform contract.

Upfluence Pay deposit fees for USD accounts by funding method, from the Upfluence help center.
Funding method (USD account)Fee on the top-up
Payment card5.9% + $0.30
ACH direct debit (US only)0.8% (max $5) + 1.5%
Wire transfer$15 + 1.5%

Upfluence's help center puts the all-in cost of paying a creator at "slightly between 4-6%." Each payout also carries small onboarding, compliance, payout and transaction fees that vary by the creator's country, plus a 1 percent Stripe conversion fee on USD accounts when the creator is paid in another currency. You choose whether you or the creator absorbs the conversion fee.

Creators pay nothing to receive money, with one exception. Payments land after a default 120-hour hold, and a creator who wants the money immediately can accept a 5 percent instant-payment fee.

On $100,000 of creator payments, a 5 percent all-in rate is $5,000 a year. Funding by ACH rather than card is the easiest way to keep it near the bottom of the range.

Why the estimates disagree

Five numbers, all partly right.

Search for Upfluence pricing and you will find figures from $478 a month to $3,500. They describe different things.

Upfluence price estimates in circulation, what each one measures and who published it.
FigureSourceWhat it actually measuresType

$2,000 to $3,500+ a monthStack InfluenceA full suite, as estimated by a competitorReported

The low numbers price one module. The high numbers price the full suite for a bigger team. Vendr's median sits between the two, close to the AWS prices for Growth and Scale. Vendr does not publish its sample size, so treat its range as directional.

The only figure Upfluence itself has put in writing is the AWS sheet. If a quote for one seat and full access comes in well above $11,940 a year, ask why.

The real cost

The platform is the smaller bill.

Upfluence finds creators and manages the relationship. It does not make the video, and the creators are paid separately. Here is what a modest program costs once you add those in.

Worked example: first-year cost of a creator program on Upfluence Growth, with 24 creator posts.
LineLowHighBasis
Upfluence Growth, 12 months$11,940$11,940AWS listing
24 creator posts at the confirmed micro median$24,000$24,000$1,000 a post, QuickAds beauty report
Upfluence Pay fees at about 5%$1,200$1,200Midpoint of 4 to 6%
Your team's time: brief, review, coordinate$3,600$14,400$150 to $600 a video, sourcing report
First-year total$40,740$51,540Platform is 23 to 29% of it

Assumptions: two creator posts a month at $1,000 each, the median from 294 confirmed micro deals in our beauty and supplements creator report. Internal time is costed at $150 to $600 per video, the range in our UGC creator sourcing report, for briefing, review and coordination. Product, shipping and paid usage rights are left out, so the real figure is higher.

The platform fee is fixed, so it shrinks as a share of spend as the program grows. On $100,000 of annual creator payments, Growth is about 12 percent of spend. On $24,000, it is half. That is the honest test of whether Upfluence fits: how much will you pay creators this year?

Is it worth it?

Good software, for a specific buyer.

Where Upfluence genuinely wins

If you run a large ambassador or affiliate program on Shopify or Amazon, already have people making the content, and want to turn customers into creators, Upfluence is built for exactly that. Customer-list matching, discount-code tracking and global payouts with tax forms are hard to stitch together from cheaper tools, and the fixed fee gets cheaper per dollar the more your creators sell.

It is a weaker fit in three situations. You are testing creators for the first time and a $11,940 commitment would eat most of the budget. You need finished ads more than a database, because Upfluence produces nothing. Or your team is one person, who will spend the year doing outreach, briefing and review by hand.

Cheaper options

Prices from Modash and Collabstr pricing pages, checked 24 October 2026. If you want software to run creators yourself, Modash is the closest like-for-like at a fraction of the cost, and it lets you pay monthly. If you want the videos rather than the software, that is a different purchase, and it is the one we sell.

Remy, our influencer agent, sources the creator, negotiates the rate, writes the brief from 32M+ ads and delivers in 5 to 7 days from brief, on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. The creator fee is inside each price: $129 for a UGC video you own, $299 for a Gold creator with 5K to 50K followers who posts to their audience, $699 for a Mega creator with 50K to 250K. No retainer, no platform fee, no percentage taken from the creator. Our platform comparison lays Upfluence, Insense, Aspire and Modash side by side.

Before you sign

Six questions for the sales call.

  1. "How does this compare to your AWS Marketplace price?" Bring the $11,940, $19,800 and $42,600 figures.
  2. "Can I buy the Find module on its own?" If discovery is the gap, you may not need payments or campaign tooling.
  3. "How many seats and how large a creator community does this include?" Those two numbers decide the plan.
  4. "What will Upfluence Pay cost on my volume, and how should I fund it?" Card and ACH differ by several points.
  5. "What is the renewal date, notice period and year-two price?" Get it in writing.
  6. "Can the trial run on my own customer list?" That is the feature you are paying a premium for, so test it.

Questions

Upfluence pricing, answered.

Upfluence figures come from Upfluence's own pricing page, AWS Marketplace listing and help center, checked 24 October 2026. Third-party figures are labelled as reported.

How much does Upfluence cost?

Upfluence does not publish prices on its website and quotes every plan after a demo. Its own AWS Marketplace listing prices three 12-month plans: Growth at $11,940 with one seat, Scale at $19,800 with five seats and Enterprise at $42,600 with 25 seats. Vendr reports a median buyer contract of $15,000 a year.

Is Upfluence a legit company?

Yes. Upfluence is an established influencer marketing software company with a creator database of more than 14 million profiles, a public help center, its own payment product and a listing on AWS Marketplace. Like most enterprise software, it sells through sales calls and annual contracts, so read the renewal terms before you sign.

How does Upfluence pay?

Brands usually pay creators through Upfluence Pay, which runs on Stripe, though PayPal and wire are also supported. You top up a balance by card, ACH or wire, then release payments inside a campaign. Upfluence puts total fees at roughly 4 to 6 percent. Funds reach the creator after a default five-day hold, or immediately if the creator accepts a 5 percent instant-payment fee.

What are the main competitors of Upfluence?

The closest competitors are GRIN, Aspire and CreatorIQ on the enterprise side, and Modash, Collabstr and Influencer Hero for teams that want published self-serve pricing. They all help you find and manage creators. None of them produce the content, so production, editing and paid usage still need a separate budget or supplier.

Does Upfluence have a free trial?

Yes, but it is not self-serve. Upfluence sets up a free trial after an initial call, configured to your use case. In the meantime it offers free tools, such as a Chrome extension and a fake follower checker, that let you test its data before speaking to sales.

Does Upfluence take a percentage of sales?

No. Upfluence charges a fixed platform fee and says it takes no percentage of creator-driven sales, so the fee does not grow as your affiliate revenue grows. Creator payments made through Upfluence Pay do carry processing fees, typically 4 to 6 percent, which are separate from the platform fee.
